This concept of addressing the Loneliness in Elders stems from own experience of our aged Parents and our children living abroad. We are living our life away from our children, who are busy building their own nest in a city of their destiny, far away from us. Our parents are 70+ and our children have settled abroad and busy with their own life.

We noticed that Elders require constant dose of positive affirmation in person. One needs to respect their experience, show empathy and hear them speak. All this in the comfort of their four walls. Elders also need to get their inner child – like emotion out, by being able to talk to someone who bring their creativity out in the open. We have observed that most of the Elders live a lonely life despite all the comforts either because they are widowed or have children, who stay abroad or in another city. Ironically, there are over 15 million Elders living in India and often lead lonely life.

Hence we have set up a dedicated team who understand empathy and how to bring the Joy-of-Living in Elders by building a child like bond and relationship with them. Live With Joy is on mission to ensure that lonely Elders find purpose and enthusiasm to live life that is enriching and gives them happiness.

Their Children living abroad or in another city also can trust that their parents are safe and happy in the company of Live With Joy team of educated youngsters.

Ravi Iyer is a strong business operation professional with over 24 years of Sales and Operation experience ranging from Office Automation to Telecom Industry. He has been associated with the best of the brands and organizations like Modi Xerox Group, TATA Group & Airtel. The last assignment was in a leadership position with Reliance Jio as Vice President. In Jio, he is credited with country wide successful launch of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Broadband services.

Premkumar Panicker - Founder

Senior Management Professional with over 3 decades of versatile experience across diverse organizational domains in corporate organisations like Tata Group, Modi Group, Sterling Group & Airtel.

Madhumati Iyer – Founder

A qualified post graduate in Finance from Mumbai University with over 18 years of work experience in managing finance and accounts at diverse Indian Corporates.

Prof (Dr) Nilesh Thakre - Mentor

Psychologist and HR Consultant. Professor & Head, University Department of Psychology, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. Founder member of Atmabodh – SNDTWU Mindfulness Cell. PhD (I/O Psy), UGC-NET, MA (I/ O Psy., Clin. Psy.), Master of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (MIRPM), Diploma in Training & Development (Dip TD) from ISTD, Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, St. Xavier’s, Mumbai and Certified “People Analytics and Evidence-Based Management Professional” Mannheim Business School, Germany. He has 24 years of work experience in the area of Corporate Administration, Academics, Research and Training. He is a former Member of the Management Council and Senator at SNDTW University, Mumbai.
